What is Reiki
Reiki is a time to allow universal energy to bring balance and healing to your body soul and mind. It induces a relaxation state that enables healing to take place. The practitioner will place hands on or hover above your body, on areas of pain and through the chakras and neighbouring organs of the body. You will be fully clothed and under a sheet/blanket.
Crystals may or may not be used. Blessings and symbols will be used to enhance healing.
What to expect in a Reiki session
A Reiki session can leave one wondering “what on earth did I just experience?” or “i just slept for an hour” or maybe just totally overwhelmed at what, your not sure!
It is just magical I say! Just trust that the Reiki will find its way and something within you will have altered itself bringing balance and clearer enegetic pathways.
