WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

Rarotonga Sports Massage is the little sister to the original clinic in New Zealand, Auckland Sports Massage. ASM was a long established business based in Remuera from 2013-2019. During its time the clinics saw over 9000 clients!

MY JOURNEY TO NOW

In 2009 it was either restudy Sports Science as a PT or add a different string to my bow. It wasnt a difficult decision at all, Massage was such a relevant modality in the field of sport and I felt left out that I didn’t know how to apply it when needed to with my PT clients.

And so off I went to study Relaxation Massage, then Therapeutic Massage, then Sports Massage, Dry Needling, Cuppping, Reiki and on and on it went. Studies aside the real lessons were taught in the clinic on my clients, body after body, each one telling a different story to my hands.

In 2014 during my year of studying Pain Management and Chinese medicine something in me shifted and every aspect of my life began to change and my current life began to unfold petal by petal.

I was convinced I was ready to bring Reiki into my life and so I did! Four years later became a reiki Master Teacher. And then that same year I walked into a Yoga studio the very first time and discovered I was being taught by an amazing teacher Sukha Yogas Master Teacher Fyodor Vidal…a year later or so I graduated with my YT200 Teachers certificate. 5 years later I am a certified faculty member of the teacher training program for Sukha Yoga.

With 20 years in the field of bodywork and wellness I am so excited to bring all my skills and experience to this beautiful island. I will work according to the physical and spiritual needs of my client on any given day, each day is a different day.
